4 Ingredient Breakfast Bowl

Really simple, really healthy and really, really quick!
- 1 Banana (The riper the better as they're much sweeter!)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (or any other kind of milk)
- 1 heaped tea spoon of cinnamon
Measurements don't need to be too accurate. The banana adds most of the sweetness and bulk.

Toppings - These are the ones I used, but you can throw on absolutely anything you fancy!
- Desiccated Coconut
- Fresh fruit - Blueberries, Banana and Passion Fruit
- Coconut Yoghurt
(Pecans work really, really well but sadly we didn't have any.)

Optional Extras 
- Spirulina Powder, Chia Seeds or Cacao powder (Or any other kind of super food!)
- Other types of frozen fruits (Mango and raspberries work particularly well)
- Squidgy Dates
- Almond extract
- Nuts or seeds

Chuck your blueberries, Banana (roughly cut in to smaller chunks), almond milk and cinnamon in to your blender and blend!
When everything is nicely mixed together pour it into a bowl, top with whatever you feel like and enjoy!
